Returns & Refunds

At HotHobby we want you to love every car you buy. If something isn't right, here's how we'll put it right.

14-day right to cancel: Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Tell us by emailing revyscompanyllc@proton.me with your order number, then send the item back within a further 14 days.

Condition: Items must be returned unopened and in their original packaging, with blister and card undamaged. Because many of our customers collect carded cars, opened or damaged packaging can affect the value and may reduce the refund accordingly.

Faulty or wrong items: If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos. We will cover the return postage and offer a replacement or full refund.

Pre-orders: You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships for a full refund.

Refunds: Once we receive and check your return, we will refund you to your original payment method within 14 days. For change-of-mind returns, return postage is paid by you.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
