Terms of service

These terms apply to every order placed on HotHobby. By placing an order you agree to them.

Who we are: HotHobby is an online shop selling Hot Wheels die-cast cars and collectibles. You can contact us at revyscompanyllc@proton.me.

Products: We describe and photograph every item as accurately as we can. Colours may vary slightly between screens. Packaging on collectible items may show minor factory wear; any notable damage will be stated on the product page.

Prices: All prices are shown in pounds sterling. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you place your order. If an item is listed at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we will contact you before processing the order.

Orders: Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm dispatch. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock, and will refund any payment in full.

Purchase limits: To keep things fair for collectors, we may limit the quantity of chase items or new releases per customer.

Pre-orders: Release dates are set by the manufacturer and can change. We will keep you updated, and you can cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it ships.

Delivery and returns: Please see our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

Liability: Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Trademarks: Hot Wheels is a trademark of Mattel, Inc. HotHobby is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Mattel.

Law: These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
